Company History

Started in 2013 by two directors with corporate delivery experience

Noscotek was founded in 2013 by directors Sheldon Halgreen and Ben Sheppard. Both came from corporate environments where they solved operational problems for large businesses. After a series of successful projects, they started Noscotek to provide the type of solutions customers needed, without the typical red tape that can strangle delivery.

The company has grown through successive customer projects, including lessons learned along the way. That mix of industry exposure, business types and people is the operating model: understand the work, then build or implement a system that fits it.

What We Provide

Noscotek sells, implements and supports software that helps organisations store documents, route work, pull data out of files, connect systems, collect signatures, and host those systems. We also build custom software when a standard product is not enough.

Document and records systems

We implement Laserfiche so organisations can capture, search, retain and control access to documents, records and related files.

Workflow automation

We set up processes that move tasks, documents and data between people and systems, including onboarding, invoices, procurement and approvals.

Reading data from documents

Nostello SmartSense extracts information from invoices, contracts, forms and scanned pages so that data can go into a business system.

Connecting software systems

Nostello API is an integration layer used to pass data between systems with logging, authentication and error handling.

Digital signing

Nostello QuickSign, with Altron and Ascertia signing technology, is used for electronic and advanced digital signatures and for storing signed files.

Private cloud hosting

We host applications for customers, including encrypted connections, backups and high-availability options such as SQL Server AlwaysOn.
